RiverCliff Cabin is 1.5 miles downstream of Bull Shoals Dam in the heart of trophy trout fishing in Arkansas.This perfect angler's Retreat on the banks of the White River is also a great place for a classic family vacation everyone can enjoy. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils and knife block. Or use the BBQ Grill on the patio. If you're feeling adventurous grab the lawn chairs and get the fire pit blazing for marshmallows or hot dogs and watch the kids come to life! If not, we have a blue ray DVD and a 55" flat screen with directv. Not tired yet? Night fish! The private dock is lighted and has electrical outlets. Hot bath or shower? Either way...plenty of clean towels, soap and a hair dryer. Also extra pillows & bed linen in the closet for the two queen pull out beds. You can almost hear Andy and Opey whistling down the private road past the cabin and to the river. This cabin has 3 queen beds and 2 couches with available blow up mattress. 75 In Tv in living room with UTUBE TV and premium channels. WIFI is 1 GB fiber optic. Maximum Open floor plan has private bathroom with tub/shower and excellent shower head and private hot water heater. The raised wraparound deck has views of the white river. Compllimentary firewood. Bring your own boat and launch at our private ramp, or rent our boat for 170.00 per day you replace regular gas. Rental fishing Kayaks 40.00 per day. The solar lit private secluded dock (for Rivercliff’s guests only) and the river are at the end of our long driveway. It is a refreshing walk anytime of the day. The river water stays a constant temperature of 47 degrees year round, so in the summer months you will be much cooler near the river so come in August to avoid the heat near your home. The White River is home to the wintering bald eagle. Expect to see Canadian geese floating down river and deer on our property, We supply everything you need for a fantastic experience except for your fishing gear, clothes, and consumables. You may rent our boats or kayaks (on property) OR bring your own. If fly fishing is your thing, we suggest using our private boat ramp where you can launch your own boat. Or you can just catch a trophy trout right off our secluded lighted private dock. Fishing is open year around, and the White River is a famous blue-ribbon trout fishing location written up in Field and Stream magazine and is noted for the world record brown trout of 34 lbs. We have an outstanding fishing guide at your request, simply pay a $100 non refundable deposit to book your trip. Then the rest can be paid upon arrive to the resort. Enjoy the morning fog that quickly dissipates on the river and the crystal clear clean waters of the White River. There are so many things to do, such as, fishing, watching the wildlife, relaxing, renting a boat or kayak, going out with our river guide, going hiking, or just sitting on the deck, reading a good book. Forget something? No problem. Bull Shoals is 1.5 miles away, and Walmart is 13 miles away. This is a fisherman’s cabin with an open floor plan. 190 FT from the river’s edge.
